⛈️ What if the weather conditions prevent the tour?

Security is our absolute priority. The climate in Iceland is unpredictable and extreme. If road or weather conditions are not safe, the tour may be rescheduled or cancelled. In case of cancellation by us due to the weather, we will offer you an alternative date or full refund of the reservation.

🌌 Is the sighting of the Northern Lights guaranteed?

Northern lights are a natural phenomenon that depends on solar activity and clear skies. Although we constantly monitor satellite and climate maps to maximize the chances of success, their appearance can never be guaranteed at 100%. If we do the tour and fail to see them, our commitment is to offer you a second opportunity with a special discount on your next available trip.

🚗 How many people travel in each vehicle?

To ensure maximum comfort and a truly premium experience, our high-end 4×4 vehicles have a maximum capacity of 4 passengers per car. If your group is larger (from 5 to 8 or 9 to 12 people), we will deploy additional vehicles to maintain the comfort and exclusivity of the journey.

📸 Are the photos and videos included in the price?

yes of course! Depending on the selected tour, we captured your high-resolution, professional photography adventure and even movie shots with film drones on the south coast. All the digital edited material will be sent to you privately at no additional cost to keep an eternal memory from Iceland.

🗓️ How can I book a tour?

Booking is very simple. You can do it directly through the reservation system of our website by selecting the date and number of participants, or contacting our personalized attention team.

💵 What are the accepted payment methods?

We accept the main international credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) through our secure payment gateway on the web, as well as transfers and fast payment solutions such as REVOLUT PAY and Apple Pay.

❌ What is the cancellation policy for reservations?

We understand that travel plans may change. We offer free cancellation with a 100% refund if you cancel your reservation with at least 48 hours in advance at the beginning of the tour. Cancellations made within 48 hours prior to the tour will not be refundable, unless the cancellation is due to adverse weather conditions where the security system requires it.
